Once again, the men and women of the Jersey Shore joined together to march up Main Street in honor of Saint Patrick. The parade is intended to be a showcase for Irish Heritage. Entertained by marchers, bands, and a lot of fire engines, crowds line the streets for the parade.

The FSSP of the Jersey Shore participated in the parade on Sunday, March 4, 2018.  Members were joined by their families and friends (children and grandchildren were encouraged to participate).   Our organization, family and guests gathered for breakfast foods and refreshments for both adults and children, before the parade at # 1 Firehouse located on Fifth Avenue between Warren and Passaic Avenues in Spring Lake.

This is a special annual event for our organization and it is important that our membership shows its strong commitment to  celebrating St. Patrick and our religious values.
